Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure its security by DIADA LLC (hereinafter — the Operator) in connection with the use of the website litz.pro (hereinafter — the Website).

The Operator regards respect for the rights and freedoms of the individual when processing their personal data — including protection of the right to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality — as one of its most important responsibilities. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the Website.

1. Key terms

• Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (the personal data subject).
• Operator — DIADA LLC, which independently organizes and carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes and categories of personal data processed.
• Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions performed on personal data, with or without the use of automation tools (collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction).
• User — a visitor to the Website.
• Cookie — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's device, which the web client sends back to the web server in an HTTP request when attempting to open a page of the Website.

The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

• last name, first name, and patronymic;
• name of the organization (company);
• contact telephone number;
• email address;
• the content of the inquiry (text of the request, description of the task), as well as attached files, if voluntarily provided by the User;
• anonymized data about the User collected by means of web-analytics services (including cookies, IP-address data, data on activity on the Website, and information about the browser and device).

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, or sex life.

• processing of the User's requests and inquiries, including calculating the cost and lead time for manufacturing products;
• communication with the User, including sending notifications and responses to inquiries;
• conclusion, performance, and termination of civil-law contracts between the Operator and the User (or the organization the User represents);
• improving the operation of the Website, its usability, and analysis of visit statistics in anonymized form.

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

The Operator processes the User's personal data on the basis of the following regulatory legal acts:

• the Constitution of the Russian Federation;
• the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
• Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data";
• Federal Law No. 149-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Information, Information Technologies, and Information Protection";
• Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 "On Advertising";
• resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation, orders, and other regulatory acts of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) in the field of processing and protecting personal data.

In addition, the factual grounds for processing are: the Operator's constituent documents; contracts concluded between the Operator and the personal data subject; and the Users' consents to the processing of their personal data.

6. Procedure and conditions for processing personal data

Personal data is processed with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Operator processes personal data both with and without the use of automation tools. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or distribution, as well as against other unlawful actions by third parties.

Personal data is transferred to third parties only in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or where this is necessary to perform a contract concluded between the Operator and the personal data subject, and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

7. Storage of personal data and localization

In accordance with Part 5 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, when collecting personal data, including via the Internet, the Operator ensures the recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, and retrieval of the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation.

Personal data is stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing, unless a different period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation or by contract. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing, or in the event of withdrawal of consent, the personal data is subject to destruction or anonymization.

8. Cookies and web-analytics services

The Website uses cookies and the web-analytics service "Yandex Metrica" (rights holder — YANDEX LLC) to collect anonymized statistical data on traffic and User behavior for the purpose of improving the operation of the Website and its content.

On the first visit to the Website, the User is shown an informational notice about the use of cookies. By continuing to use the Website, the User agrees to the processing of cookies. The User may disable cookies at any time in their browser settings; in that case, certain functions of the Website may become unavailable.

The collection and processing of anonymized data by means of "Yandex Metrica" are carried out on the terms established by the rights holder of the service. Data on Users' activity on the Website may be transferred to the "Yandex Metrica" service in anonymized form.

9. Rights of the personal data subject

The personal data subject has the right to:

• obtain information concerning the processing of their personal data by the Operator;
• request the updating, blocking, or destruction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal against the Operator's actions or inaction before the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court.

To exercise these rights, the personal data subject shall send a request to the Operator at the email address info@diada.su.

10. Procedure for withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data

The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a corresponding notice to the email address info@diada.su marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data," or in writing to the Operator's registered address.

Upon receipt of such notice, the Operator shall cease processing the personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date the withdrawal is received, except in cases where processing may be continued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11. Final provisions

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. A new revision of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new revision. The current revision is always available on the page at https://www.litz.pro/en/policy/.
