Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting a request or any other inquiry through the forms on the website litz.pro (hereinafter — the Website) and checking the corresponding consent box, the User freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out below.

Consent is given to the Operator — DIADA LLC (INN 7708208601, OGRN 1027708015334; registered address: 109341, Moscow, ul. Lyublinskaya, 151, premises 316/2; email: info@diada.su) — in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

1. Categories of personal data to which consent for processing is given

last name, first name, and patronymic;
name of the organization (company);
contact telephone number;
email address;
the content of the inquiry and any files attached by the User (if any).

2. Purposes of processing personal data

processing of the User's request, calculating the cost and lead time for manufacturing products;
communication with the User and sending responses to inquiries;
conclusion, performance, and termination of civil-law contracts.

This consent does not extend to the distribution of advertising materials and does not constitute consent to the dissemination of personal data within the meaning of Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Personal data is not transferred to an unlimited circle of persons.

3. List of actions performed on personal data

Consent is given for the following actions to be performed on personal data: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction — carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Term of consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given by the User on the Website until the purposes of processing the personal data are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn by the User.

5. Procedure for withdrawing consent

The User has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending the Operator a written notice to the email address info@diada.su marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data," or by letter to the Operator's registered address.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator shall cease processing the personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days, except in cases where processing may be continued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
